Plants always enrich any room’s decoration. If you are in a mood to make a few changes in your room décor you can always use a lot of plants. This will not only enhance your room’s décor but would also sprinkle a tinge of refreshment around.

While you choose on the plants you have to keep in mind your rooms style. For instance, if it’s a contemporary style the clean lines with long slender shapes are the apt ones. Similarly for a Victorian style it is the feminine frilly ferns and for a southwestern style cacti’s would be the best. You can also club together plants of varied shapes to fill up your vacate corners in the room. Preferably go for the same kind of plants while you group them, this way it is easy to take care of them together. You should ofcourse maintain a balance in the heights of the plant while grouping to keep it easy on eye. Go for single container or trunk and get plants from same family of different colours and same water needs. You can also use plants in your bathroom to get yourself a spa ambience and can improvise deep containers with fabrics or bricks to adjust with the height.

Finally while placing plants all you need to do is maintain a balance in terms of its height and the space you are using it for.
